April 15, 2007- An Alarm of Fire was transmitted for Box 143, 14 E. Parmenter St at 0421 hrs. Upon arrival companies found a 2 story wood frame building heavily invloved. A Second alarm was transmitted immediatly bringing in Engine 10, Truck 10, and Stewart Air Gaurd FD FAST. Due to heavy involvement in the already burned structure companies took up a defensive position. 2 2-1/2 inch lines were used to knock the fire down. An 1 /34 line was uses during overhaul. During the fire the rear of the fire building collapsed. Fire was contained to building of origin. Companies took up at 0724 hrs.
