January 14, 2008- Engine 1 was dispatched Mutual Aid to Cromner Valley Fire District as a FAST Team at 2112 hrs. Cronmer Valley was operating at a working structure fire at 5 Russet Ct. During the operation one firefighter was injured when he fell on the 1st floor. Engine 1 quicky packaged and removed the firefighter. He was transported to the Newburgh campus of St Lukes Cornwall Hospital by Mobile Life Support. Engine 1 was in service at 2242 hrs.
